Filed message are still showing in my inbox

Once you file a message the envelope icon changes to a folder icon.  If you do not wish to see filed message displayed in your inbox follow the steps below.

1. Hit the Menu Keyand using the Trackpad, go to eMail.
   
   
2. Hit the Menu Keyand using the Trackpad choose Options
   
   
3. Go to  General Options 
   
   
4. Scroll down to Hide Filed Message, on the right side of the screen select Yes
   
   
5. Hit the return key and then choose Save
   
   
6. Hit the return key  to exit back to eMail
