Phone Number on your BlackBerry appears as My Number Unknown

From the Home screen of the BlackBerry, click Options.
Click Advanced Options> SIM Card.
Highlight the phone number.
Display the menu and click Edit SIM Phone Number.
Enter your phone number, and then click the trackball.
The phone number should appear in the Phone application.

Additional Information

Make sure your BlackBerry is set to display your phone number by completing the following steps:

Open the Phone application or the Call Log.
Display the menu and click Options > General Options.
Set the Show  My Number field to Yes.
Display the menu and click Save.
