Once completed you order is then sent to your Nominated Contact for confirmation and submition to O2.
Only devices under the University e-Government Contract CON226 and O2 can be ordered. If you wish to purchase another device you can contact O2 directly and open a personal contract. Please note Information Solutions and Services do not provide support for personal devices.

The device was purchased by your School, so all old devices should be given to your nominated contact. These devices should be kept as spare and can be used as a temporary replacement when a device has to be shipped for repair.
ISS recmond holding an old device for cases like this. In the next instance your departmental contact should hold old departmental device.
