What if I want to move off the O2 NUI Galway contract to a personal contract and keep my current mobile number?

You can transfer your current mobile number off the O2 NUI Galway contract to a personal contract. You will need authorisation (provided by your Nominated Contact) to move the number from the NUI Galway corporate contract.

Email O2, Anne Kavanagh anne.corporatecareo2.com and your Nominated Contact providing details as follows: 

Request transfer from the NUI Galway corporate contract to a personal contract

1. Quote your mobile number
   
   
2. Quote your O2 Account Number (your O2 Account Number can be found on your last O2 bill)
   

Request an an unlock code for your current device in order to allow you to use your new personal SIM

1. Quote the model and IMEI number of your current device.

O2 will then confirm the release of your mobile number and terms and charges (if any) of leaving your present contract.
