You can transfer your current mobile number to the O2 NUI Galway contract by following the steps under How do I order a new device? . Your request is then sent to your Nominated Contact for confirmation and submition to O2.
When transferring your number to O2 you are committing to a new O2 twelve month contract and upgrade pricing is avaialble to you. If you do not wish to purchase a new device, upgrade pricing will not be available to you for another twelve months. You must also ensure your current device is unlocked. Contact your current mobile provider for your device unlock code and to clarify the terms and charges (if any) of leaving your present contract.
O2 will process your Order Form and ship you a new O2 SIM / upgrade device & O2 SIM. Once you receive you new O2 SIM / upgrade device & O2 SIM, please follow the instructions online to complete setup iPhone, BlackBerry.
