Studentmail, microsoft support call
For StudentMail queries not covered above, students can raise a support call with Microsoft as follows:
- Connect to the
Outlook Live Answers forum
- Click
Sign In and enter your StudentMail login credentials
- Tick box to agree to the terms and conditions of the forum
- Click
Ask and enter a question relating to your email account query
- If the issue is not be resolved via the Outlook Live Answers forum, scroll down the screen to the section
Still Need Help and click
Support for Outlook Live
- Complete the online form and submit to Microsoft support.
