The print service allows users to print, copy and scan documents. Users can submit print jobs that can then be released at any Multi-Function Printer (MFP) in any open access PC suite. They can also print directly to printers in departmental suites.
Any student or member of University staff. The service can also be used by members of the public via the Library Walk-in service.
The printer fleet consists of four models:
NOTE: Although the KM223 is a B&W printer/copier, it can scan-to-email in full colour.
Users can log into the MFPs and the print kiosks using their staff/student ID card. They can also log in using the touch screen on the MFPs and kiosks.

In the PC suites, all print queues are installed by default. Users can select which queue they wish to use, Colour or Black & White).
Staff can download these queues by browsing to printservice.nuigalway.ie. They can then install the print queue they require by double-clicking on it.
