Prior, Dr. Rosenthal served on the Cyberonics board of directors as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee from January 2007 to October, 2015. Since June 2010, he has served as Professor of Practice in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Boston University.
