2016 Blood flow in the cerebral microcirculation

Prof. Dominik Obrist is Professor of Cardiovascular Engineering at the ARTORG Center for Biomedical Engineering Research, University of Bern, Switzerland. He studied at ETH Zurich and the University of Washington, and worked in various positions at Cray Supercomputers, before taking up his current position. His research interests include biomedical fluid dynamics, cardiovascular engineering, fluid-structure interaction, microcirculation, fluid-structure interaction, hydrodynamic stability and high-performance computing.
