• The Cluster Munition Coalition is a group of irish NGOs working to achieve a new international treaty to ban cluster munitions by the end of 2008. The treaty will ban the use, sale and stockpiling of cluster munitions, and establish a framework to assist to cluster munition survivors and their communities, as well as to clear contaminated land.
  As part of this initiative John Rodsted and Metter Eliseussen are travelling around the country in the Ban Bus with the mission to build a strong foundation of support for a ban in Ireland that Irish politicians can act upon while Ireland is hosting the international negotiation for a cluster bomb treaty in Dublin, May 2008.  Keep up tp date with their blog at http://www.thebanbus.org/
