Located within the School of Education, Block D building, this facility contains:

2 PC suites (One for SoE staff & students only and one Public Access)
1 Apple Macintosh computer suite (NUIG Apple Regional Training Centre / Apple iPedagogy Learning Environment )
Resource Library
Microteaching Studio

These computer suites are used by student-teachers for the preparation of 'ICT in Education' projects, Educational Technology projects, for various Special Teaching Methods projects, for the production of teaching and learning materials for use on teaching practice, for honing computing skills and for the reviewing of multimedia packages.

Both suites have laser printers. Print credit is available online at https://printcredit.nuigalway.ie/webcentre

Opening hours:

Open Access PC suite (ground floor): Monday - Friday 8.30am - 10.00pm Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm

School of Education Students and Staff PC suite & Apple Macintosh suite: Monday - Friday 9.15am - 5.15pm
