A range of on- and off-campus accommodation including breakfast has been reserved and will be allotted on a first come, first served basis. Please see the map for the general location of your accommodation. You are welcome to arrive in advance of the symposium or stay some extra nights. In all cases, please indicate your arrival and departure dates on the Accommodation Form. A number of apartments in Corrib Village are specifically adapted for disabled persons.
Since July is one of the busiest tourist months in Galway, it is imperative that you book your accommodation as early as possible to ensure availability of your choice.

***Modern student apartments, on the banks of the river Corrib,
for four to five guests with bathrooms en suite, toilets and
living area with TV and direct dial telephone. Standard
apartments share bathroom facilities among a maximum of five
people. On-site facilities include a 24-hour reception,
laundrette, shop, restaurant and tennis courts.

Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing to Eurocarb X, Secretariat. For cancellations received before March 17, the registration fee will be returned minus an administration fee of IR£50. For cancellations received between March 17 and June 17, 40% of the registration fee will be returned. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after June 17.
