Cannons, vortexes, fire-balls and vacuums are just some of the spectacular demonstrations in this interactive engineering show. James Soper, from Science Shows for Schools, presents an enthralling and exciting hour combining curriculum physics, engineering fundamentals and one lucky member of the audience firing a piece of potato at over 300km an hour.
