Q. Can I obtain permissions to upload Exam Papers/Exam Marks for more than one discipline?
A. No, it is not possible to provide permissions for more than one discipline. Where this is the requirement, the only solution is to allow permissions at school level. Please refer to details on the ISS website.

A. No, it is not possible to allocate an individual permission for one discipline/school for white sheets and another for exam papers. Please refer to details on the ISS website.

Q. If I notice an error in a white sheet after uploading, how can it be corrected?
A. It is not possible to re-upload a white sheet. It is necessary to complete a pre-board change form for each incorrect entry.
Q. Important notes that I need to consider prior to uploading of white sheets?
- Please return all white sheets on or before the deadlines advised by the Examinations Office.
- All marks should be returned as round numbers.
- Please do not return blanks – should either be entered as a mark, or a designation of ABS on the white sheet.
- Deferral cannot be entered on the white sheet. Please use ABS.
- Where a student has been granted a deferral but has actually taken the exam, the exam mark will overwrite the deferral.
- Where a student is missing from the white sheet, please include under Late Entries, including Student’s ID number.
- Once a white sheet has been uploaded electronically, it cannot be re-uploaded.
- If a Subject result is calculated out of the aggregate of two or more Module marks, please note that the overall mark at the Subject level will not be rounded up automatically. Therefore, please ensure that the aggregate of the component modules will reflect the rounded overall result (prior to return of marks to the Exams Office).
