Q. Can I obtain permissions to upload Exam Papers for more than one discipline?

A. No, it is not possible to provide permissions for more than one discipline. Where this is the requirement, the only solution is to allow permissions at school level.

Q. Can more than one person be allocated permissions to upload Exam Papers for the same discipline or school?

A. Yes. To request permissions, log a Service Desk ticket.

Q. Can I obtain permission to upload Exam Papers by college, program, individual class or module?

A. No, permission by college, program, individual class or module is not available.

A. Autumn papers can be submitted at any point in the year from November onwards. Prior to the end of June (when student records are rolled into a 2nd Sitting), users submitting exam papers must change the Syllabus Filter from 'Only Entries with students' to 'All Entries' when searching for a list of potential Autumn papers to upload. See screenshot below showing the Syllabus Filter drop-down menu.
Q. What is the maximum file size for an exam paper (PDF file)?

A. The maximum file size is 15 MB for a single exam paper in PDF format.
