Eligibility for Invigilation
All postgraduate students (
who are not sitting examinations in the current academic year) are eligible for invigilation, on condition that an invigilator training course is completed. However due to the large number of applicants, we cannot guarantee that all applicants will be successful.
Registered undergraduate students are not eligible for invigilation work.
Postgraduate Applicants Please Note:
All postgraduate students receiving invigilation hours must keep track of all hours worked during the academic year 2011/2012 so as not to exceed the limit of 130 hours, if applicable.
Please refer to section ’5.11 Employment during studies within the University’ of the University Degree Guidelines for full details or contact the relevant Vice Deans of Graduate Studies who have been appointed in each of the five Colleges.
Full details of these guidelines are available on the Graduate Studies webpage.

applications:
We currently have a full panel of invigilators, and will not be recruiting for the remainder of this academic year. Please check back again in October, 2012, for an update.
For those of you who worked in Semester 1, 2011, please note that you will be contacted in due course regarding your availability for Semester 2, 2012 exams. Please note that not all of you will be offered a place this Semester due to the fact that all exams are expected to be held on campus.
