Examination Transcripts

If you would like a transcript (copy) of your results, please download and fill the Transcript Request Form ( pdf) .  Transcript Request Form (as Gaeilge).  Completed forms with fee should be handed into the Exams Office, or sent by Fax or Post.

A fee of €4 for one years result

A fee of €10 for a complete set of results (2 copies)

Please Note:

Transcripts cannot be faxed to individuals, they are posted to the address specified on the form above.

Transcript Request Forms must be signed by the student whose results are being requested Under the Data Protection Act, we cannot discuss the student's results with anyone  other than the student themselves.

Erasmus Students

Transcripts for erasmus students must be collected from the International Affairs Office. Please contact Maria Brady2105

Copies of Degree Parchments are only available from NUI, Dublin. You can contact NUI, Dublin at the following address:
