Profile

• Hazel Killeen, BScOT, is a Lecturer in the discipline of Occupational Therapy at the National University of Ireland, Galway, in the School of Health Sciences.
• Following completion of her primary degree in Occupational Therapy at Trinity College, Dublin, in 1998, Hazel worked clinically for 12 years in the public sector, in private practice and on a voluntary capacity in the area of paeditric occupational therapy. During this time Hazel had the opportunity of experiencing a diverse range of international healthcare systems through her clinical work and training in paediatrics in Ireland, Australia, The United States, Siberia and Canada.
• Hazel joined the lecturing team in Occupational Therapy, at the National University of Ireland, Galway, in August 2010.
