Research opportunities in physics

An overview of the research interests of each staff member is presented below. Interested candidates should contact the appropriate member of staff in the first instance to enquire about research opportunities in their area of research activity.

Applications to research programmes are best initiated via an email to the academic involved. Please send curriculum vitae with a short email describing your principal interest and career objective. This initial step will begin a discussion with the academic research group.

On completion of this enquiry and subsequent discussion, a formal application is made through the Postgraduate Applications Centre (PAC) using the relevant PAC application code(s) which are available here.
