The Discipline of Speech and Language Therapy has a strong commitment to research and aims to conduct, and disseminate high quality research that will have a significant impact on the lives of people with communication impairments and their families. We also aim to ensure that our research improves speech and language therapy practice and the education of future speech and language therapists. The Discipline of Speech and Language Therapy also works in collaboration with key stakeholders at regional, national and international level. We aim to disseminate our research activity and findings through reports, peer reviewed publications and conference presentations. We also strongly encourage our students to disseminate their
