Global Women’s Studies MA Scholarship

Global Women's Studies (GWS) is pleased to announce that two MA scholarships of €2,000 will be awarded in 2013-2014.

Application Process

Interested candidates must first complete an application for admission to the MA in MA in Gender, Globalisation and Rights online via the Postgraduate Application Center ( http://www.pac.ie/). In addition, to be considered for the scholarship, please submit a letter of interest highlighting previous research assistant experience, including level of familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis.

This should be submitted electronically to Gillian Browne, Administrator, Global Women’s Studies, at gillian.brownenuigalway.ie.

A short resume or CV should also be attached. Please include contact details of two references.

Selected candidates will be expected to provide 4 hours/week of research assistance to Global Women’s Studies for 24 weeks during the academic year from September 2013 to August 2014.

The deadline for receipt of letters of interest is 17 May 2013.
