How do I get an Agresso Account?

In order to get an account on Agresso, you must first be set up with access.  You will need to log a ticket using the Service Desk Ticketing System and provide your employee ID. The ticket request type is as follows: Accounts, Passwords & Permissions > New Account > Financial Management (Agresso)

Agresso is available online at https://agresso.nuigalway.ie/

How do I login to my Agresso account?

At the Agresso login screen enter your UsernameClient and Agresso Password.

  • Username - Your staff/payroll/scholarship number. Note: Your Agresso Username differs from your Campus Account username, remove the leading zero and the letter s -  e.g. 012345
  • Client -  U1
  • Password - Minimum of 8 characters. Mandatory Alphanumeric Password i.e. password must consist of both letters and numbers e.g. A123456Z

What internet browser should be used to submit claims?

It is recommended to use Internet Explorer Version 11 as earlier versions have some known incompatiblity issues. Alternatively, the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome can be used.

Forgot your Agresso account details?

Q.  Is my Agresso username and password the name as my windows or network details?

A.  No, it is a separate Agresso username and password.  Your Agresso Username is your 6 digit staff/payroll number.   Your Agresso username differs from your Campus Account username, remove the leading zero and the letter s -  e.g. 012345.  If you are unsure of your Agresso password, from the Agresso login screen click "Forgotten your password?"

I have my account information but I can't login?

  • Are you entering the correct username, it is a six digit number without an S at the end.
  • You must enter U1 as the client.
  • The password field is case sensitive, so check if your CAPS lock is on.
  • Do you need to reset your password, then click the link "Forgotten your password?"
