Manta received an undergraduate degree in E-commerce from Southwest Jiaotong University, China in 2005. She started working at Jiuzhaigou Administrative Bureau in the same year. Jiuzhaigou Administrative Bureau is in charge of protection of biodiversity and natural heritage in the national park. She completed an M.Litt study on the protection of Jiuzhaigou’s natural resources using GIS analyses in 2009. Manta is currently working in Jiuzhaigou National Park.
