Emailing large groups

The Information Solutions and Services (ISS) team maintains several large mailing lists for the university, including:

• All NUI Galway Staff
• All NUI Galway Retired Staff
• NUI Galway Researchers
• NUI Galway Academic Staff
• NUI Galway Admin Staff

Access to these lists is authorised by the university’s Internal Communications Officer. For more information and guidelines on how to access these lists, visit: www.nuigalway.ie/internalcommunications.

College Offices have access to mailing lists of staff and students in their Colleges. To circulate information to these groups, you must engage directly with the College Office/Graduate Studies Office.

The Graduate Studies Office maintains a mailing list of Postgraduate Research students. To circulate information to these students, you must engage directly with the Graduate Studies Office.
