Thesis Title: State-Religion Relationships and Human Rights Law: Towards a Right to Religiously Neutral Governance
Summary: This thesis consists of a thorough international comparative legal analysis of State religion identification. It does so by analysing not only constitutional provisions but also thoroughly considering State support and acknowledgement of religion, as well as the phenomenon of secular States. Principles of equality and non-discrimination pervade the analysis and prompt the candidate towards his concluding recommendations.
