University Fellow with the Health Promotion Department, NUI Galway, Martin pursued his undergraduate degree and doctoral thesis at NUI Galway.  Before joining the department, Martin held posts both with IT Carlow, and the Adult and Continuing Education Centre, NUI Galway.
