 The Organisational Development Strategy's main objective is to enable the University deliver on the vision, aims, objectives and priorities as set out in its Strategic Plan (2009 - 2014). The strategy is the framework that will support the continued development of a culture which encourages and rewards innovation, flexibility and achievement, promotes good governance and performance accountability, embeds a consciousness of individual responsibility for community success, and develops ability to assess and manage risk in the University's operations.
