Recent Reports to improve the working methods of the European Court of Human Rights

The workload of the European Court of Human Rights is presently a backlog of 90,000 cases, which is projected to increase to 250,000 by 2015.  A number of inquiries have been engaged to develop solutions to overcome this crippling workload on the Court.
