The BSc Health & Safety Systems is a relatively new programme; the first group of students registered in September 2001. The programme is now very popular amongst second level students and there is a strong demand for places.

The BSc Health & Safety Systems is a truly multidisciplinary programme. Students are equipped with knowledge and skills in the basic sciences, in health sciences, in human sciences, in technology and in regulatory affairs....... More?

Will I get real Work Experience?

Students obtain professional experience in third year, through the so-called Professional Experience Programme (PEP). This involves a formal work placement, which extends over a five-month period from April to September. You will work alongside a Health & Safety professional, and in most cases be given real day-to-day responsibilities....... More?
