	The Service Desk is a service provided for all staff and students, both undergraduate and postgraduate.  It offers a "one-stop shop" for all your computing related problems/queries. ( view map ).  Telephone extension 5777 - eMail  servicedesknuigalway.ie   Raise a support query by logging a ticket using our  ISS Service Desk Ticketing System.

Escalation Procedures

• All support calls and queries should be logged with the Service Desk in the first instance
• Support tickets are assigned (depending on their nature) to the appropriate group within Information Solutions and Services.
• Support tickets are prioritised based on impact on the entire user population
• If you dissatisfied with the service that you have received from Information Solutions and Services, please contact
  Sinéad Ní Fhaoláin, Head of Planning & Standards (eMail sinead.nifhaolainnuigalway.ie) giving details of the support ticket, if appropriate.  If you feel that further escalation of the matter is required, please contact the Head of Service Delivery, Conor McMahon (eMail conor.mcmahonnuigalway.ie).
