Resolved: Issues with Staff eMail

Update: Tuesday 18th 17:00
The issue which impacted on a number of users of the Staff eMail service since approx 14:00 yesterday, Monday 17th, has now been resolved. Incoming and outgoing emails which were impacted by this outage will now be delivered by the system - no user action is required.
ISS apologise for the inconvenience caused. A Critical Incident Report will be prepared and published on our website in due course.

A number of users have been experiencing issues with the Staff email service since approx 14:00 on Monday September 17th. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible..
Please note that incoming and outgoing email for affected users will be queued and delivered when the service will be restored.
