Students Cannot Email Recently Appointed Staff Members / Certain University Email Addresses

ISS are aware of an issue by which students cannot email some recently appointed staff members and/or specific University email addresses. In such cases, students will receive an error-return from the mail system.

ISS have identified the cause of this issue and are working with external partners to restore service as a priority. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
