Current Issue with StudentMail

Update Wednesday 31 October 2012:

The issue which impacted on a number of users of the Student mail service has now been resolved.

ISS apologise for the inconvenience caused. A Critical Incident Report will be prepared and published on our website in due course.

We are continuing to work with our supplier as a priority. A further update will be posted later this morning.

Update Tuesday 30 October 2012:

We have worked on this issue with our supplier over the weekend but the problem remains unresolved for the moment. We will contineue to work on this as a priority and will post another update tomorrow morning Wednesday 31/10.

A number of users are experiencing issues accessing the Student eMail service. ISS are working to restore this service as quickly as possible.
