Issues with Staff eMail

The issue which impacted on a number of users of the Staff eMail service since approx 21:30 yesterday, Monday 5th, has now been resolved. Incoming and outgoing emails which were impacted by this outage will now be delivered by the system - no user action is required.

A number of users have been experiencing issues with the Staff email service since approx 21:30 on Monday November 5th. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible.

Please note that incoming and outgoing email for affected users will be queued and delivered when the service will be restored.
