Resolved: Current Issue: Blackberry Service

The Staff Blackberry service was restored at approximately 18.00 on Thursday, 24th January.

Staff eMail (Exchange 2010) BlackBerry users are experiencing disruption to the NUI, Galway BlackBerry service since 1pm today, 24th January.

Blackberry users of the Staff eMail service are currently unable to send email or receive email from BlackBerry devices.In addition, items such as calendar, contacts and notes will not update on the device. Voice call service is available as normal.

ISS are working to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. Status updates will be posted here when available.
