Issue with Blackboard Performance Thurs 28th Feb 2013

Access to the Blackboard VLE has now been restored. ISS apologise for the inconvenience caused to users.

ISS are aware of a current issue with the performance of the Blackboard VLE service.

The issue originates with the external Blackboard service and is impacting on all users of this service across multiple institutions and locations.

We are working with our partners in Blackboard to have normal service restored as soon as possible.

ISS apologise for the inconvenience caused to users.
