Service Desk

The  Service Desk is a service provided for all staff and students, both undergraduate and postgraduate.  It offers a "one-stop shop" for all your computing related problems/queries.

• Opening Hours: 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (open through lunch) Monday to Friday
      Note: The Service Desk will be closed from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. every Friday for staff meeting.

PC Suites

General Access Suites are available for use by all students and Departmental suites are reserved for use by students of individual departments or courses.

• Opening Hours: Term opening hours for General Access Suites and Departmental Suites available online. Monday to Sunday.

Seasonal

All of the above services are subject to close during Easter, Public Holiday, Summer Maintenance and Christmas.   Information Solutions and Services Bulletins will advertise specific closing times as necessary.
