How do I find out the network connection speed for my MAC computer?

1. From the  Apple menu, choose  System Preferences.
   
   
   
2. From the  View menu, choose  Network.
   
   
   
3. Mac OsX 10.1 - 10.4 (Note: for Mac OsX 10.5 skip to step 4)
   Under Show: select Built-In Ethernet and click on the  Ethernet tab, will then see your Network speed and duplex
   
   
   
   
4. (OSx 10.5) Select Ethernet click the Advanced button.  Select the Ethernet tab and you will then see your Network speed and duplex
