You can setup customised rules that are applied to your incoming and outgoing email based upon certain conditions. For instance, you can direct emails into different folders based upon their subject, sender or content.
Note: Rules created in Entourage do not run if Entourage is not open. These rules are client side only and do not synchronise to the server. Also, any rules created in the Outlook Web Access or Outlook 2003 cannot be edited by Entourage.
Example: Create a Rule to move NUIGspam mail to the Junk Email folder.
