Why can't I see new contacts or distribution lists that I have created?
It is possible that your contacts are not displaying correctly. Complete the following steps to resolve this problem.
- Open
Contacts (click Contacts in the Navigation pane on the left of the Outlook window).
- Under the heading My contacts, right-click on
Contacts.
- Choose
Properties from the menu that appears.
- In the Contacts Properties dialog box, click the
Outlook Address Book tab.
- Ensure that
Show this folder as an email Address Book
is ticked
(as shown in image above).
- Click
Apply and then click
OK.
