Problem:
Users cannot assign delegate rights to their calendar from within Entourage.
Solution:
The person granting delegate access must use Windows Outlook to set up the permissions. See "Set up delegate access in Outlook" in Entourage Help. Problem:
Outlook provides access to group scheduling by allowing you to either set up special groups or use your distribution lists. Upon expansion, both methods show Free/Busy time for the group members. Entourage does allow you to schedule a meeting with an entire distribution list, but does not appear to allow you to view the Free/Busy times for individual members or expand the list so that you can view the members and/or remove some of the members before creating the meeting.
Solution:
Enter the Group name in the "Invite:" field and press Return. Move the mouse over the Group name until the pointer becomes a hand and then click to open the window. Control-click on the Group name and choose Expand Group from the menu. Close the window and click the Scheduling tab to view individual group members.
