1. Open Address Book.
2. Go to Address Book, Preferences.

3. Open the Accounts tab.

4. Add an account >
5. Configure the Exchange account according to the example below. For User Name, type in acdomain staff ID number.The format for staff number is 7 digits followed by s (e.g. 0088888s). Enter your Exchange password.

6. Enter the server address http://bach.ac.nuigalway.ie/, click 'Create'. Alternatively, if you are off campus, enter server address http://EVS1.ac.nuigalway.ie/exchange/ your-e-mail-address

7. Select desired synchronization frequency from the 'Refresh contacts' pulldown menu
8. Click OK and close the Account Settings. Note: The transer/synchronisation time can take up to 1 hour
