How do I transfer Mac Address Book entries to Exchange?

1. Open Address Book.
   
   
2. Go to Address Book, Preferences.
   
   
3. Open the  Accounts tab. 
   
   
   
4. Add an account
   
5. Configure the Exchange account according to the example below.  For User Name, type in  uds staff ID number.
   The format for staff number is 7 digits followed by s (e.g. 0012345s). For Password, enter your Exchange password.        
6. Once the account is located on the Exchange server, click 'Create'
7. Select desired synchronization frequency from the 'Refresh contacts' pulldown menu
8. Click OK and close the Account Settings.
   Note: The transer/synchronisation time can take up to 1 hour.
