All personal computers (including Macintosh) and printers purchased for use at NUI Galway should be purchased under procurement contract CON111. Budget holders should release funds for the purchase of personal computers or printers only when those purchases are being made from the five contracted suppliers and under the terms of the contract.
The contract has been awarded for desktop computers, laptop computers and printers. The contract begins 31 March 2008 and continues for two years with the option to extend the contract with two further renewals each of one year duration.
