EndNote is a bibliographic management software package designed to manage citation information. With EndNote you can: create and maintain your own searchable database of references; insert citations into word processing documents; and format references and bibliographies in a variety of styles.

No. A personal copy must be purchased for installation on any machine that is not owned or operated by National University of Ireland, Galway. It is possible for staff and students to purchase their own copy of the desktop packages EndNote or Reference Manager from Adept4Education, Adept Scientific's software store at http://edustore.adeptscience.co.uk/. of personal copies is permitted, subject to the usage terms outlined in the
ISI ResearchSoft product licence agreement. End users utilising personal copies may purchase upgrades at the personal copy price during the term of the Agreement, providing the End User is still employed or enrolled in NUI Galway at the time the upgrade is released.
