What is Inspiration?

Inspiration is the essential tool students rely on to plan, research and complete projects successfully. With the integrated Diagram and Outline Views, they create graphic organizers and expand topics into writing. This powerful combination encourages learning in multiple modes. As a result, students gain and retain a better understanding of concepts and demonstrate knowledge, improving their performance across the curriculum.

Does NUI, Galway have a site licence for Inspiration software?

Yes. NUI, Galway has a site licence agreement for Inspiration v.8. 

How can I get Inspiration software for my computer?

• Inspiration is available in PC Suites – search online for relevant PC Suites

  Personal licences may be purchased from Inspiration
  
  
• Staff
  Inspiration can only be installed on University-owned computers. Staff can borrow installation CD for installation from the ISS Service Desk (ext. 5777, email servicedesknuigalway.ie).
   
  
  Inspiration is available to postgraduate researchers for on-campus use only i.e. researchers who have a desktop computer linked to the campus network (excluding wireless connections).  Please contact the the ISS Service Desk (ext. 5777, email servicedesknuigalway.ie).
