LabVIEW is a fully featured programming language produced by National Instruments. There is no text based code as such, but a diagrammatic view of how the data flows through the program.

Yes. NUI, Galway currently has a full campus licence which is due for renewal in June. It should be noted that 'home use' of LabVIEW is not permitted.
No. The site licence agreement only covers on-campus use. Students and staff may purchase the LabVIEW Student Edition which has functionality equivalent to LabVIEW Full Development System. The part number is 779252T-01 and the cost is €55. Details available at www.ni.com/labviewse/professors/
