The Service Desk is a service provided for all staff and students, both undergraduate and postgraduate.It offers a "one-stop shop" for all your computing related problems/queries.
The following is a list of typical reasons why a user would contact the Service Desk:
You can contact the Service Desk by dialling extension 5777 or by using our ISS Service Desk Ticketing System

Room 128, Information Solutions and Services, Arts and Science Building (Ground Floor)

Directions: Walk down one of the corridors to the right of the Lost & Found office (marked 'Chemistry' or 'Ceimic') in the Arts & Science Building. At the back of the building (just before the bridge to the IT building), go down the stairs to the ground floor. At the bottom of the stairs, go left and through the double doors. The Service Desk is the first office on the left.
Opening Hours: 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
