Postgraduate Research Student eMail Address

ISS has implemented a process that allows registered research postgraduate students to request a NUI Galway email address in the staff email address format. Requests are accepted from valid postgraduate research students only with sponsorship from their academic supervisor using the form provided.

The email address will be available in StudentMail and students will continue to use their existing login credentials. The student email address ( student email address format) will remain linked to the StudentMail account and it is used by NUI Galway for all official communication to students.

IMPORTANT: Your StudentMail account will be automatically disabled when you are no longer a registered student at NUI Galway. No extensions to this account or associated email addresses are permitted.

Postgraduate Research email address requests will only be accepted using the form below. Download, print and complete the form before returning it to the ISS Service Desk.
