How can I check my Print Credit Balance?

Important: A zero print credit balance or insufficient print credit for a print job means that you will be unable to print.
Information on purchasing print credit.

The following options allow you to check the amount of print credit available on your account.

Online

1. Go to https://printcredit.nuigalway.ie/ 
   
   
2. Click Student Login 
   
   
3. Login with your Campus Account credentials
   
   
4. Your print credit balance is then displayed.
   

At a PrintPoint Release Station

1. Swipe your student ID card at the PrintPoint Release Station to login
   
   
2. Your print credit balance is then displayed at the top right of the panel.
   

In a PC Suite

1. Move the mouse over the  icon in the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen
   
   
2. Your print credit balance is then displayed.
