Prerequisite

Before installing the WiFi print package when connected to NUIGWiFi, you must check your browser LAN settings to ensure that all boxes are unticked.

Windows Users: Wireless Print Package Installation Instructions

1. Download the Wireless Print Package for Windows installation file 
   Note: Printer drives will only install when connected to NUIGWiFi 
   
   
2. Internet Explorer users
   At the prompt, click Save and save the file to the Desktop -  wirelesspackage_bw_colour_for_lte.exe
   Click Run and then Install
   
   Firefox users
   Click Save file and run the downloaded file - WirelessPackage_BW_Colour_for_Lte.exe
   
   
3. Wait until the install fully completes (see below) and click Finish
   
   
   
4. There now should be two print queues installed on your laptop
   1. Wireless_BW_Release
   2. Wireless_Colour_Release 
      
      
5. The print queues can be confirmed by clicking the  Start button and then Settings, Control Panel, Printers and Faxes

Macintosh Users: Wireless Print Package Installation Instructions 

1. Download the Wireless Print Package for Macintosh installation file
   Note: Printer drives will only install when connected to NUIGWiFi
   At the prompt, download the file 
   
   
2. Double-click the downloaded file which creates a new icon on the Desktop 
   
   
3. On the Desktop, double-click the new icon to view content 
   
   
4. Click the NuiMacPrintersPopup.DMG file to install the printer package 
   The install typically takes a few minutes 
   
   
5. Download and install the Notify Client.
